NXFD was established in 2004 and specialises in Company Growth, Globalisation, Strategic Positioning, and Relationship Management as well as providing Executive Mentoring, Planning and Implementation of Exits for Investors.

Engagements have been executive, non-executive, varied and encompass the Technology, Software and Energy industries.    Specific main engagements have included:

• structuring and delivering a plan to commercialise an SME company's emerging new products;

• investor exit planning for an SME;

A common question is "why call it NXFD?".  The title "NXFD" came from merging Non Executive and Financial Director, being common backgrounds for ourselves plus the fact that the other most obvious names had been taken!
